After retiring and finding her true passion, Diane has been dedicated to extensive yoga training. Diane took her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2006, followed by Yin Yoga (Bernie Clark) and Meditation (Bernie Clark and Natalie Keiller), Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Raja and Yoga Nidra. She was also the first “Yoga for Golf” instructor in eastern Ontario. In 2014 Diane completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is a certified E-RYT200 and YACEP certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher.
Diane believes that her yoga practice has challenged her to grow stronger and to be more self-confident. Her classes can be relaxing, challenging and informative. “I just want everyone to know everything that I know and feel, about how wonderful yoga is for the health of your body and your mind. To understand how pranayama (breath control) can transform your practice and how learning to sit in stillness in meditation can change your life.”
