With a real passion for the origin of movement and human performance, Gabriel completed his Baccalaureat in Kinesiology and his degree in Posturology at the end of 2010. His systematic approach combining posturology, reathletisation and periodization is unique and based on the foundations of human physiology.
His academic journey completed, he realizes quickly that he will need more knowledge in order to reach the level he is aspiring too. Constantly fulfilling his continuous education with hands on formations, new training techniques and innovative notions, his different mentors like Charles Poliquin, Éric Falstrault, Stéphane Cazeault, Christian Thibaudeau, Mathieu Boulé and Dr. Bernard Bricot, to name a few, will play a big role in the establishment of his methods.
From the beginning of is career in 2007, he is asked to optimize the body composition and to create muscles building protocols for his clients. But it is his avant-gardist techniques and his neuro-developmental approach to performance that has built him a solid reputation in the field of physical preparation for sports.
