Tasha, a native of Chicago, began her fitness career selling memberships at a local gym in 2004. Since then, she has earned a 500 hour Pilates certification (and is getting ready to do it again through Balanced Body), a 250 hour yoga certification, AFAA personal training, ACE and AFAA group fitness and twenty plus additional specialty fitness certifications. She is also a certified integrative health coach. Tasha is currently an ambassador for NOW Foods, the Movement Shop as well as a contributing blogger for Pilates Anytime and Balanced Body and an instructor on John Garey TV. She holds degrees in both sociology and counseling and spends her time focused on inclusive and accessible wellness for all. She is also working on more movement and motivational offerings online.
